What is the obligation of withholding payroll records in California?
What I'm looking for is the requirement for an employer to maintain records payroll and time limit. A friend is looking for its payroll records to demonstrate the use and your former employer will not cooperate. Obviously, the former employer does not. Social security is not aware of their employment with the employer …. so obviously it is rather cautious. What are your resources?
