Can I conduct business online (eg, Viral Marketing, AdSense, Affiliate) of the U.S. to be a British citizen?
I am a citizen British established in the U.S. now in H4. I understand I can not take a job in the status of my visa. However it is possible for me to make an online business (marketing viral adsense, affiliate programming, eBay) and get paid via PayPal / direct deposit to my UK bank account. Does this mean that I'm winning then in the UK and not USA, as the Internet could be considered a global market. Donot have to wait to make more than $ 1000 per month and I would be giving the my income taxes to the Treasury in the UK. thanks
