What right (if any) do I have to pay the employer mandate, health care in Los Angeles, California?

In order to avoid paying me the benefits (ie health care), my employer is ending after seven consecutive months of full-time job. Our manual employee states that any full-time employee is eligible to receive benefits after six months of full time employment, but the paperwork takes about thirty days to be processed by the health care provider so my employer squeezed an extra month of work outside prodiving I was not insured. Is there a law in California that mandates coverage of health care by their employer after six months of full-time job? If so, should be the placement of a fight for this? Google searches on this issue are complicated boggingly mind, so I appreciate in advance any assistance in answering this question. Thank you!

Health coverage is a benefit that your employer offers "The waiting period for an employee to be eligible under an employer health plan is determined by group your employer and your insurance company to employers the initial acceptance of the offer of media coverage. If you end up not having coverage sooner, you not entitled to health coverage from their employer. If you had health insurance at the time of departure, offered within the first 90 days after termination of COBRA coverage, which is the same coverage as the group plan, your employer indeed you alone are responsible for their entire premium, which can be very costly. But, from what you have described here, have no right to health coverage
