Employer fair credit check.?
In the city and the state of Las Vegas, NV Some employers may request a Credit Report FAIR control prior to and as part of pre-employment. My credit is so great, so I'm trying to get a job to fix the problem. I've been offered a job as a waiter at a major hotel / casino and was curious if affected by this policy?
Legally, any job that pays more than $ 20k/yr can do a credit check prior to employment. As for your bad credit, are not looking for what a creditor would look – want to make sure that does not have a problem game, I'm sure (since it is a casino), and maybe kite Case verification and the like. They do not care if you've had a forclosure or a repurchase agreement, not care if you have medical bills, etc. Just relax and concentrate on the interview, no credit check.
