Are there Employment Network forums or social groups online?
I live in the Metro Detroit area and need help finding a good job of sales. One saliary with a base plus commission. I have 20 + years as a designer of car bodies and 10 + years in retail. I am a true professional with great sales and consulting skills. However, they do not want to do retail or cars. Every time I try to find better jobs are with companies with a lot of issues or stages of transition, and so on. Any ideas where I show be looking for?

Moreover, companies in transition can be good for get your foot in the door. They are trying to fit in most cases to advance their business to the next level. You can be the person to reach their destination. Or least lead them to believe that.
