employment opportunities for people with disabilities
The doctor put me on disability due to hostilities at work, I got fired. 20 more are re-employment .?????
Due to an increasingly hostile environment of my job (created by my supervisors), my doctor took me to work on the inability of the state. Exactly 12 weeks later was the only one fired (although two others with my same name were recruited to the position after me). 20 days after my employment, employer is looking to fill two positions (with my same name). Is this legal? If they have given me the opportunity to take any position (although is in a new area)? What is your experience with it? Thanks a bunch!
Seek legal advice if you still want to continue working well there, usually can not fire you for being on disability. However, it is a hostile environment that I believe does not want to return
