insurance adjuster jobs car questions demand the release of medical records?
We were hit by a drunk driver insured State Farm. We have had medical treatment for about three weeks for a total of about $ 5000 each. Now we are trying to solve with the adjuster who is less ethical, in my opinion. He did all sorts of "say one thing do another" type of things so far. He called me last week to say he would send an application form of our medical records for the visit to the hospital only has all records for follow-up care. Keep in mind, jst the hospital. What a receipt in the mail was a way to allow this adjustment to all our complete medical history and our entire work history! Since that has been used by itself, there was no loss employeed working time, but my dealiongs business on hold. I was in the process of remodeling my house for sale and this had to be postponed for a month due to injury. I'm not comfortable with this sticky adjuster to access this information no longer required. Why are they asking for it?
This is standard procedure – the release of medical records will accelerate their liquidation. ALL companies do this and the sooner you decide to work with the insurance adjuster as soon get this behind you – unless, of course, you have a previous medical condition that is trying to cover up …..
