Why the company I interviewed with the need for W-2 and 1099 to verify previous employment?
I interviewed with a company and was given an offer conditional. If everything in drug screening went well, background checks can be returned, so start the 15th. Everything went well, but now are asking for my W-2's and 1099's from previous employers or if I have on file to verify employment, why and how these forms need now legally can go with them for checking on me.
They hired him in part because it claimed some previous jobs and a wage level above. Now is the time to try these things, or admit that he lied.
