Does anyone know a good reference where I can find laws, specific to each state, in connection with background checks?
I know that the FCRA describes the restrictions as to the degree you can look back on civil and criminal records when performing a pre-employment background check, but I think Individual states also have their own Guidlines. I would appreciate any help.
