Is this bullying?
I am 20 and in college, but my boss takes advantage of me. She knows I am a good worker and that she uses. She has called twice after 12 am for non-emergency issues, I've lost count of how many times I called before 6 am I was in the snowy and told him last night and this morning I woke up with 12 missed calls from it in 3 hours. He also called me at 2 am last night. She told me to walk to work if I can not drive. I just 7.75. Would you consider this harassment?
Nope. Harassment is when someone in the workplace was calling you names deragatory, threatening, or other type of abuse to the point where the workplace is considered "hostile" and its use is threatened. This person is an idiot and taking advantage of you, but are not harassing you in any way. If you have call screening, simply does not answer the phone when she knows it.
