employment summer camps
How to get a job when I have a bad employment history?

Im 19 years old. I was 17 and worked in a sports shop by minor (Academy) for 4 months til I got fired for minor mistakes inadvertently, when he was slow to speak, the scarcity of some cash register, the chief was an ass. Later I was hired to Ross and I hated to leave in two weeks. At 18, I was hired and worked at JC Penney about 2-3 months before leaving without notice. Now I 19, as I mentioned earlier and having trouble finding a job.I worked in a summer camp as a counselor – this summer, that was fun. I feel like I'm ruined and will never be able to get another job. I realize I was immature and not yet take my work seriously, but I've learned. What should I do to get another job?

A bad reputation is one of the most durable in the world. At this point, you have to take almost any job you can get and then do a good job and stay at least a year and leave on good terms.
