Do employers really care about what his master was in?
I'm thinking of entering a M. Phil in History at UPenn. But this effect actually increasing my chances of employment? I know that some fields are specialized, but make a lot of companies feel that if you just earned a masters degree a high school means that it is capable of performing their job no? comparable to an MBA, but what is still, a decent job?
