Where can I check my boyfriend his employment history and what can you do about it?
He was fired from his job because he had his backpack in the locker friend and his friend stole a video camera. They took them (both) to the police station, but my boyfriend was clear. Were released Police w / out filing anything, but he was fired from his job just because they're assuming that means well, now he doesn't have a job and can they put in their records even though the police have not file anything against him. The letter said "that remain, and was in his possession" and confirming that did too. But in reality still has not said he did it because you did not. What can you do about it?? Only serious answers please this is important for we really appreciate your help!
As far as I know, then, is employment central database of records. When a potential employer wants make an employment verification, just call to employers who have listed on your application or resume. He is entitled to know why he was terminated. If they say it was done so that the "situation" then give the letter to prove that he was not involved and ask them to results from any injury. But like the previous post, some States allow anyone stop for any reason, so if you say "based on that situation was best for the company" or something like that there's really nothing you can do. Just try to keep the "black listed" him, so he can get another job.
