green card employment categories
anyone who has moved from Australia to the USA?
how did you go about it… visa wise? i realise its not as simple as just packing up and moving as you need a green card to become a perminent resident and work in the US.
But unless you qualify in one of the below categories do you have any chance at all in getting perminant recidency?!
immigration through a family member
immigration through employment
immigration through investment
immigration through the Diversity Lottery
immigration through “The Registry” provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act
