ohio unemployment appeals process
I am in an appeal process for unemployment benefits in Ohio. Since I quit can I win?
I quit due to unsafe working conditions and I was found to have had just cause at 2 previous determinations, however, the company is appealing this time with a telephone hearing. I have 2 pictures to prove the conditions, however, I am finding out it is hard to win a case if you quit, do you think I have any chance and what advice can you give?
Get a temp job and reapply when the position ends. You have to beat the system because it is stacked in the employers favor. How would your employer like it if during any unemployment dispute they held his pay until it has been finished?
