"I can collect unemployment when my company offers an award of nine months, when I have it right?
I live in Pennsylvania and we are offering an award of nine months and 12 months of medical and dental services. When am I eligible for unemployment in the last payment or immediately after completion? (It is paid monthly, the last Friday of the month, that is not lump sum) This issue has bogged down even our team human resources here at the hotel. Please help.
A similar situation happened to me. A company I worked for closed. They gave me compensation pay. Unemployment was granted immediately. Remember that your employer is paying unemployment insurance.
