How long will it take to find a job in Manhattan?
I'm thinking of moving to Manhattan. I have a degree in management companies and over 10 years office experience. If you go out and work hard – How long do you think I will find a job? Any suggestion that job search – temporary employment, the company's Web sites, etc?
Find a job in a big city is all about who know. With the right connection, I could only take days. If you start again, it might take a little longer. If you work hard at it, and job search interviews, and all that for 5 or more hours a day, you must have a job in a couple of weeks, if not sooner. Contact a business, and ask around. You really need to make connections and use.
