I have a Christmas Temp job in Debenhams, the likelihood of being continued after Christmas?
I have my induction tomorrow Store Debenhams Manchester, which lasts 9 to 5? Is it normal for this time, what will it consist of? Also, what are the chances that anyone maintain and if possible, anything I can do to help my chances? : D
Well I can answer the bit about the induction, because mine lasted all day too. You have to watch videos on health and safety and ways the company loses money. I also had to come to training and equipment but they were very busy and have no time. Mainly it's the paperwork, including agreements Companys policies — loads of it! Just consider this response is too late but good that could help ansers seekers to questions like yours in the future (I came here in search of an answer to the duration of temporary work probably my last!)
