unemployment employer cost

What is the common sense of Unemployment Insurance increasing three times what it is today?
Unemployment insurance will cost employers three times more than it is now, because of high unemployment claims, which employers will be forced to lay off employees (hence no unemployment claim allowed). This seems totally stupid and only causes more people to be unemployed, without any help. This should increase the rate of crime, of course, and give more opportunities employment in the police force.
You are mistaken – Employers and employees both pay into that fund. With your kind of logic, salary increases, should stopped immediately, and that it costs employers more money, and will have to lay off more people, so they are paying maintenance. The way employers can pay the costs and expenses in their business – is to raise their prices. Therefore, all who use / buy their products and services will be paying for unemployment (additional cost to cancel the benefits) – no matter how much or how long the benefits last.
