unemployment extension california 2010
I live in California. Am I eligible for second unemployment extension?
I live in California. I am claiming unemployment. I am on my first extension which will expire in Mid-Jan 2010. Am I eligible for a second extension. I visited the edd (CA unemployment website) and it does not give any info about this. It only mentions that the last day that the second extension begins is Dec 27, but my first extension expires after that day. Do you have any info about this?
As far as I’m aware your first extension has to run out on or before December 26th, 2009 in order to qualify for the second extension. Whether or not that is being changed I don’t know, but that’s where it stands as of right now.
