Unemployment Question I live in Florida…?

I am on Unemployment for being Laid off back in November of 2007 Ive gone through al of the extensions and I am now about to exhaust my Charlie Christ Florida Ext. My UE account wil be zeroed out on December 1st 2009..will I qualify for the new Fed Extension?

in my state that info will be out nov.23
