how do u apply for an extension on your unemployment in the state of michigan.?

my brother is trying to file for an extension on his unemployment here in michigan do anyone out there have any answers for him, please help, unable to find the right web site.

Not all States have provisions to extend unemployment benefits after the initial benefits have been exhausted. Also, not all unemployment offices can perform all functions online, though most, these days, should have information available to the public. Tell your brother to go to his local unemployment office (at the very least, it may prove to the authorities that he’s not a lazy, good-for-nothing bum trying to get a free ride).
