unemployment filing illinois
Is it possible to move from Illinois to Nevada and continue to receive unemployment benefits in Illinois?

This would be a temporary measure only to end with family month, while continuing the search for work in Illinois. Would you be forced to apply for benefits in Nevada or I can continue reaping the benefits of Illinois?

You have to apply for unemployment in the state where you reside. If you move to Nevada, you probably would have to apply for unemployment if you want to continue receiving benefits. You mentioned that it is a temporary measure. Consult your unemployment office and ask directly.
