Which of these cities should pass?

I live in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The problem is that it has one of the worst employment prospects in throughout the country (which had an unemployment rate of almost 10% last time I checked). So I did some research and decided on 4 cities in 3 states to move to Lawton, Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Midland, Texas, Casper, Wyoming, where would the best place for me to go to?

Be Rocky Mount well – my mother in law lives in the great metropolis of Elm City, just south of you. Casper Wyoming is extremely cold – you will have some very hard winters there! Midland, Texas would be my choice of the 4 you've listed. Lawton and City OK not wrong or Midland, but always have jobs. It's in West Texas and is quite ugly from a landscape point of view, but if you want to work is a good place. You will pass through green dropout from North Carolina because there is great green areas in West Texas! good luck – I hope you find a good job!
