unemployment missouri claims
Downsizing and unemployment?
I am a current full-time employee. My business is shrinking, and who are interested in me for which left, but keeping me out of 1099 as a contractor. How does this affect my claim unempolyment? Do I have to qualify for unemployment benefits all? 10 years full time in this company and in Missouri.
As an independent contractor are not unemployed and therefore can not claim unemployment.
