I've been thinking about moving to Roseburg, Oregon, but …?

The unemployment rate is about 17% and need to get a part-time job. Am in social security disability and can earn up to $ 1,000 per month. I currently live in Alaska and get extra money, but here in Oregon is not much help for elderly and disabled. Would you be able to find a decent part time job in Roseburg. I have a lot of job skills and education. I thought a home business but do not want to spam.

The only jobs for newcomers to Oregon are part of the time. Not sure which is a good place to move unless you already have a lot of money, or get attracted to an employer looking for a particular skill. Nice vacation spot, so surely permanent residence.
